Monday night was a near perfect experience. The performance, the moments of communication and eye contact between you all on stage, the sense of respect and excitement in the room, the venue choice. Feel lucky and grateful.

Good grief.

There’s always a first post. Was simply - and truthfully - stating an experience that suggested the process was working and wasn’t, as you’ve widely alleged, some sort of dishonest fraud.

I had the same experience - got tickets this time (failed last time) and thought the process tough but completely fair. Mind you, I practiced the sequence of taps needed to try and avoid any micro-second fumbles!
