One of the (very) few things Trump said in his first term that I agreed with. Certainly a strong case to move this target to 3% given the current level of global threats.

Need others in NATO to do the same, otherwise it's just providing further ammunition (excuse the pun) for Trump. Canada, Spain and Italy not even at 1.5%!
