Ah I’m sorry to hear that happened to him. Nobody should have to go through that. My mom was in a similar vein where she has a disability since birth and is currently in her 60s, and was released from her job recently and ever since she’s had difficulty finding jobs.

Because 1) educating people on how to be empathetic and non-discriminatory benefits everyone bcuz in this day and age it’s outrageous that we still have to tell people not to discriminate. 2) DEI literally applies to everyone, men, women, black, white, old, young, it even benefits veterans.
