i've been nervous eating lately but i am also trying to be healthier. so instead of a few chips like a normal person, I ate 12 clementines in as many minutes and probably looked like a psychopath.

so the important lesson for November is, if you start feeling sick and then abruptly feel yourself getting worse after a couple days of popping nyquil, make sure those meds haven't made you so sleepy that you've been neglecting to take your antidepressants and anti anxiety pills.

I feel like I ask for help a lot but basically, if anyone wants to venmo me some money it would be greatly appreciated since we were approved for expedited food stamps but they put the benefits on the card I got back in 2016 (AND HAVE NOT USED OR SEEN SINCE 2016)
