A compelling 4 CD set of ambient and drone tracks from Canada’s Healing Sound Propagandist label. Suffice to say if you like Pete Namlook, Warrington-Runcorn, Boards of Canada, Aphex Twin minus the beats, Biosphere, John Foxx’s drift music etc, you’ll like this. Released last week. #ambientmusic

I've been busy sifting through an eBay lot that I picked up last wk (65p each). All Jpn 7" pressings, mostly 60s/70s pop, with a few examples of soundtrack, jazz, funk and Carpenters. I'll sell on most of them and I'll keep about 20 titles, including the ones below. I love Japanese imports!

Thank you for brightening my mood after hearing of my father’s passing last night. He loved books, any books, until glaucoma and dementia ravaged his body. Here he is on honeymoon with my mum circa 1951/2 (she died 2016).
