A FULL planning application has been submitted to transform the former Europa Buscentre into Halt Belfast - a new temporary hospitality and events venue.
Plans include street food & drink, retail stalls, live entertainment, and use of both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Kilmona Property has submitted a Proposal of Application Notice to amend a previously approved residential development at Dalton Street, known as Lanyon View. The new application proposes increasing the development to 359 apartments while retaining the gym and three retail units.

Ongoing progress of the wider Weaver’s Cross development around Belfast Grand Central Station. Very interesting to see the uncovered Blackstaff River which rarely sees the light of day here!

Andras House has submitted an application (LA04/2025/0242/F) for a new 164-room YOTEL hotel in Belfast, including a ground-floor bar & restaurant. Plans also involve demolishing the existing building.

Ulster GAA issued a prior information notice (PIN) for remediation at Casement Park, Belfast. Initiated on Feb 3, 2025, it includes site clearance and hazardous material removal. Demolition is expected to be completed by mid-2025, with main construction in 2026, pending funding.
