I don’t see this, but I’ve quite agressively turned off things in settings. Under privacy settings I have almost every option turned off.

Also the main issue in 2018 was staffing (and overtime practices). Is the railway short of staff now?

Although on the one hand it makes sense to align police boundaries to the new "strategic authorities", I don't think these geographies are going to last so will end up in a permanent state of reform or back to a system of overlaps.
