Back in the 1990s and early 2000s, I (Generoso) played the crap out of this album whenever I subbed on Breakfast of Champions on WMBR. I said it then as I do now, this is an elegant masterpiece of a record. Thank you, Mr. Blunstone, Argent, and White.

Riposa in pace, Signora Cardinale 💙 Considering the grand films she starred in from 8½ to Il Gattopardo to Fitzcarraldo, it's odd that we're thinking of her work in Comencini's La ragazza di Bube right now, but even in that modest sad film she gives it her all and her all was epic! We've been working on the new comic late into the wee hours every night for the last couple of months, but this weekend, Lily carved out some time to build and paint a birdhouse dedicated to the late David Thomas of Pere Ubu who passed back in April. The birdies are singing!

We had a grand time @smallpressexpo.bsky.social and in DC last weekend! Got to town early to hit the National Gallery and the Hirshhorn (finally saw Bradford's Pickett's Charge)! Met awesome creators at SPX, and we were thrilled to see Julia Gfrörer win the Ignatz for Outstanding Collection!
