I’m not suggesting it was a planned stunt, but there’s no way most people would even know this game exists otherwise. The only reason your (or any) outlet covered, let alone reviewed that game at all was the controversy.

I am saying they should’ve charged significantly more.

Maybe even the inverse. I don’t trust a game that costs less than a latte or a movie rental out of the gate.

Charging only $5 to sell their esoteric art game to a vanishingly small audience certainly was a choice.

Eh. I’m glad I played it but if I wanted to play again id go back to the snes version.
