Saw Fela in 1985 w/ Carlos Santana and Ruben Blades at the Conspiracy of Hope concert at Giants Stadium. Sadly, only later in life did I really appreciate and realize who I had seen.

10 or 15 years ago, sports gambling was an anathema. Then I woke up one day and all of these powerful sports gambling interests had crept their way into our major sports leagues. Pretty much a disaster!
