Originally just wanted a test 3D model to experiment with inside a webpage but I don't think there is any native browser support for <model> elements. Can't run AVP simulator.
Filesize is also a constraint - was able to simplify this model from 37MB to 2MB. Want to avoid bad loading times.

I like RealityScan Mobile's near realtime feedback on where better pictures were needed. And I was able to quickly learn enough in desktop RealityScan to make the model somewhat presentable. It was fun and maybe I'll try Blender to fixup the holes.
