Night shifts. On night shifts I take my break to go for a run. 5k runs. I did my first race a month ago, 45:09 to do it .. Tonight I finished sub 40 minutes. I'm very proud of myself. Beautiful with the stars out as well. Great music to accompany me.

Just grilling between night shifts. Smash burgers and chicken thighs. Thank you grill and air fryer (the oven we have has kicked the bucket - needing a new one imminently)... And back to the debt pile...
