First time posting on Bluesky! To celebrate, here's a piece of art I made in Krita last weekend to serve as my avatar.

Folks really need to discover the power and freedom in saying to themselves "Not my thing but you have fun" and move on, rather then engaging in the thing they actively don't like. Literally nothing is gained other then making other folks' days slightly more miserable

As founding members of the Literature Club, Monika and Sayori are often put under a lot of pressure. And what better way to relieve that stress and tension than with a nice, thorough massage from Natsuki's rolling pin?

A comic featuring characters from Doki Doki Literature Club. Set during the night, as a crescent moon illuminates two folded up sheets of rubber through a nearby window. Their glossy surfaces printed with lively designs that resemble Sayori and Monika, both dressed in their respective uniforms.
The sheets are implied to be very much aware of their flattened state of being. Even able to vocalize a little bit, with Sayori uttering a satisfied "ahhh" as she looks through the window, admiring the moon and stars with a calm, relaxed expression. She is surrounded by red hearts and appears to be enjoying herself, having been neatly folded up.
Monika on the other hand, appears much less content. Looking concerned even. Her rubber sheet crudely folded up in half, resulting in her face having a crease down the middle. Surrounded by shaky lines with disoriented swirls above her head, Monika utters a frustrated "hrgh?!" sound. She is clearly not having a good time.

The panel below the flattened girls reveals who is responsible for their current state. Labeled "Earlier that day", the panel shows Natsuki holding a rubber sheet in her hands. The sheet is draped over a table with a rolling pin next to it. Natsuki has a smug expression on her face, staring at the flattened girl in her hands as she lifts her off of the table, stretching and distorting Sayori's face in the process. Sayori's expression revealing that she is actually enjoying this quite a lot.
Behind the two girls stands an industrial-grade rolling press. Its two shiny, metal rollers pressing down on a flattened Monika, with the rest of her rubber body laid out flat on the floor. The flattened Monika is staring at Natsuki with a concerned look on her face. A prominent fold in her legs revealing just how thin and two-dimensional Monika has become; with both hands pressed flush against her shoulders, her entire being now resembling a mere sheet with a painted-on graphic.

Doubt you'd feel much, aside from a slight increase in the already massive pressure on your body. Lamination is meant to "protect" one from harm, after all!

Doesn't mean that can't be used against you in other ways, though. For example, an art installation with a couple of markers for the audience~
