One can simply politely disagree and give a reasonable argument why, thus opening up an open dialogue. One may convince somebody or be convinced and learn something new. It's as simple as that. Open mind but with a starting opinion.

Well, if you’re going to wear it as a “main” I’d go with the silver as the black might change the character in colour and look after a while. (depending what material it is of course 😜)
