We all know voters wanted more pregnancy harassment in the work place.

❕The EEOC has removed language from their website that states that sexual harassment includes harassment regarding sexual orientation, gender identity, or pregnancy.

This suggests that harassment for any of those reason are no longer considered sex discrimination within the workplace
Sex Discrimination Harassment BEFORE TEXT It is unlawful to harass a person because of that person's sex, including the person's sexual orientation, transgender status, or pregnancy. Harassment can include "sexual harassment" such as unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical harassment of a sexual nature. Harassment does not have to be of a sexual nature, however, and can include offensive remarks about a person's sex, including the person's sexual orientation, transgender status, or pregnancy. For example, it is illegal to harass a woman by making offensive comments about women in general. AFTER CHANGE TEXT It is unlawful to harass a person because of that person's sex.
