in my history of work i’ve seen so many people who are about to blow a gasket go from that to “😇 everything is actually ok now thank you! 💞” b/c they got a quick, human response. they are scary on the surface but you musn’t fear these kinds of people 😭

obviously health/personal/etc issues affect one’s ability to do this — and i’m not encouraging anyone to overexert themselves — but your response rate is SO important to your reputation. everything else can be in the pits, but just replying quickly can quell the most angry clients sometimes

i didn’t want/need a Byler ending, but i really wanted them to have a scene of Mike & Will coming together again, even just as friends. their friendship still felt so fragmented to me.. not to mention the “best friends” bit on too of how distant they become 😭 like bffr
