-was easier to get a cleaner look overall this way!! a good way to think of it is youre literally drawing somwthing on ur face to "fill in." draw the wing outline you want and go from there. watch videos too from ppl with hooded eyes and see what won't get smudged and eaten by ur eye hood!!

also I recommend starting with the wing side first and then connecting with the eyelid line after! so if you screw up the wing youre not having to redraw the whole thing, I also find it makes it easier to see like. how it needs to connect. I used to do eyelid first for a LONG TIME and swapped bc it-

I have hooded eyes too, when I was starting out mine looked honestly pretty bad until I refined with practice fjsjvjfj I think id recommend starting with small wings so its easier to draw on until you feel more comfortable doing it and thennnn you can do a "bigger" wing if you want
