They are falling for shitty design trends that are chipping away at product integrity and user experience.

I've not played the game and must ask...

When the last episode tries to be sentimental at the end it's been undercut by its own cynicism, parody, sarcasm, already doing a million storylines where they break up or it's the end, and it's already been a pretty dry spell of episodes to that point, so that it just doesn't really land.

So I've always rewatched the early seasons, but was determined to finally finish. Yeah, no, Community was very good for those first three seasons, was patchy thereafter. And there are some stand outs, but like the disclaimer covers at the very end. But too flawed to be as good as die hards say.

It sure does limp to the end, though.

This made me want to jump on immediately. I'm going to replace my red Xs with popups on our region map; put a cute shelf of books on the holding page and pin books they've found with contents; replace the dinky text on their main city map.

When it opens up at the 0:50 mark? Smooth.
