also, absolutely AVOID autism speaks !!! it’s collectively agreed on within the community that autism speaks is very harmful and contributes to the stigma rather than helping. it is much much better to listen to actual folks in the community ! if ever you have more to ask you can dm my discord 🫶

hmm… it was personally more helpful seeing people from the community talk about their experiences and how they worked with it (i follow them on instagram). a lot of “official” sites with resources focus on the caretaker of someone with audhd instead of the individuals themselves :/

it gets better !!! i’m not professionally dxed with audhd but when i did research (a Lot of it) + All my friends with audhd say i have it, so much in my life started making sense and i was finally able to learn workarounds and get some form of function that didn’t burn me out. wishing you luck !!! 🫂
