The method:
Crack eggs into a bowl filled with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water, let sit for 5 minutes. Bring a pot of water to boil while you wait, turn off heat once boiling, remove eggs from vinegar solution and add to water. Let sit for roughly 5-6 minutes, remove. Boom, poached eggs.
