During MSNBC's Deadline Whitehouse, they pushed a sub-banner which read "Trump and Musk's overhaul of the Government". Come on MSNBC and grow a set! An overhaul is when you're rebuilding your transmission. In other words, the end result is better than when you started. This isn't an overhaul!
