The #SCOTUS website now lists *tomorrow* as an opinions day—and not from the bench.

We don’t know for sure, but there’s only one reason why the Court would announce a previously un-planned hand-down like this—because it’s going to be the TikTok case.

Outraged by the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, a wilderness survival trainer spent years undercover climbing the ranks of right-wing militias.

He didn’t tell police or the FBI. He didn’t tell family or friends. The one person he told was ProPublica reporter @josh-kaplan.bsky.social.

I wrote a piece explaining why Dems should ignore the advice of neoliberals on tariffs—they fixate on consumer harms, while ignoring worker benefits from tariffs. When I point this out, they cite studies showing other harms (e.g., to exporters). I wasn’t impressed.

1/ Here’s a story about how journalism works.

Spoiler Alert: This is how we decide *not* to publish.

We were recently looking at Pete Hegseth’s different statements over the years about West Point, where he has said he was admitted.

First stop: West Point.

So who is going to run the ad campaign pusing single-payer featuring the millions of people telling their story of getting screwed by the health insurance industry? Call it "TrumpCare." Who gives a fuck what it's called if we finally get it?

The article makes this seem like it’s just retaliation for US actions to restrict Chinese access to advanced chips. No mention that the USDOJ is also investigating NVIDIA for antitrust violations. Seems like a critical omission.
Breaking News: China opened an antitrust investigation into Nvidia, the American company that makes the vast majority of computer chips powering A.I. systems.
