Conclusions:
EDD E3 ubiquitin ligase levels increase progressively with BC progression.
EDD critical in regulating cell cycle progression & apoptosis; involved in promoting TORC1 signaling.
EDD knockdown in MCF-7 and T47D result in G2-phase arrest, decreased cell viability, and increased apoptosis.

EDD protein levels were assessed through immunostaining techniques in various breast tissue samples, including benign tissues and different grades of ductal carcinoma. This method helped establish the correlation between EDD expression and breast cancer progression. 📝
