Stephen's gonna get to the end just because he has no interest in finding #CelebrityTraitors.

This is one of the TV images of the year. #CelebrityTraitors

Oh wow, I really thought she was gone there. What an episode of television. I have many thoughts about it all, but perhaps they'll come later. #bbuk

"I won't hold it against you" but I will fucking nominate you. Also no one owes you a conversation after you've been a bigoted arsehole pal. #bbuk

Just finished season 2 of #TheTraitorsNZ & wow. Never has a Faithful deserved to win the game more than Jason, & to have it lost for him by someone who he spoonfed the answers to is an absolute sickener. This format remains unrivalled, & the NZ version is unrivalled in having the best Faithfuls.

I don't want my one #bbuk comment to just be negative/about George tonight though so I'll say this - this was Cameron B's best episode far. Lad's pretty funny.

George thinks he's going to solve homelessness and drug abuse by telling people to talk to Frank. Ooh and he also thinks he's not privileged 😂 he's been given so much leeway in previous conversations, but it was nice there to see everyone just kind of done with him. #bbuk

Christ #bbuk was a tough watch tonight. Ping-ponging between George proclaiming himself to be a font of truth, and Elsa's quite incomprehensible behaviour around Marcus. Jenny had her worst ep so far too. Praise be for Zelah.

Gah, I'm so old I forgot!! 😂

1. Feyisola. Having been so effusive with praise for Zelah, having Feyisola higher is odd, but I can just tell she's my kind of people. Has shown her own vulnerability, and also her own compassion and intelligence. Looking forward to as much time as we get with her. #bbuk

2 - Zelah. A #bbuk pioneer as the first transman housemate, but beyond that is intelligent, compassionate, considered, thoughtful, and has been vulnerable with both us in the Diary Room, and with housemates of his choosing. With apologies to Gani, it would've been a travesty to have lost Zelah.

3 - Jenny, who appears to be an absolute diamond at this stage. Chatty with everyone, non judgemental, kind, another brilliant accent. Proper potential winner. #bbuk

4 - Teja. A fine head on those 18 year old shoulders, has held her own in potentially emotive talks with George, and you've gotta love that Bristowe accent. #bbuk

5 - Sam. My first night fave has had a quiet week since that stressful opening, but this is the first of the group I particularly like. Hoping he gets more screentime this week. #bbuk

6 - Tate. I can't quite quantify why I like Tate yet, but he appears to have a decent brain in his head, and I think is genuine, as well as being genuinely interested in the people around him. This middle order is so congested though he could just as easily be number 10 as number 6. #bbuk

7 - Cameron K. Another I wasn't pleased by at the beginning, particularly when he was given so much time in the first episode to talk about farming. But he's spent the rest of the week asking everyone else questions, and seems genuinely interested in them. #bbuk

8 - Elsa. I fell into the trap at the beginning of the week of thinking that there might not be much more to Elsa than the opening VT soundbites, but her adoption story, then her handling of Marcus, showed much more depth. Looking forward now to learning more about her. #bbuk

9 - Nancy. Perhaps the person who's received the least coverage this opening week, but there must be more to come from a pansexual polyglot. #bbuk

10 - Marcus. The main thing we've seen from him so far has been his burgeoning relationship with Elsa. He handled that with some pleasant sensitivity, but am hoping to see a bit more from him outside of that situation. #bbuk

11 - Cameron B. Haven't seen a great deal of him yet tbf, but the pitch of 'I'm just a normal lad' doesn't really do it for me. #bbuk
pmartinssmith.bsky.social
12 - Richard. Tbh it's a jump up from 13 to 12, but Richard's nonsense with taking 50 eyes, then compounding that by using none of them to help anyone else, lands him here. Makes his soft spoken demeanour look more affected than it had done before. Open to him changing my mind. #bbuk

13 - Caroline. It was going so well early on, she seemed to be a free spirited older counterpoint to the youthful exuberance of the rest, then she dropped her Farage-buddy bomb and now anything she does is coloured by that. The cognitive dissonance should be making her nose bleed. #bbuk

14 can only be George. Showed occasional moments of possible humanity, all of which were swiftly followed by casual inhumanity and general unpleasantness. Got a nasty feeling that Vote To Save will enable him to ruin week after week of this series. #bbuk

Did this on the other place last year, but now it's Bluesky's turn. Here's a reflection on the #bbuk housemates after a week, running from worst to my favourites...
