I am not sure that short term rentals are the sole source of increased housing costs. In addition, most short term rentals are owned by small scale individual investors - not billionaires.

I am always amazed at how MAGA people hate anything that helps people - whether it's consumers, preventing depressions, healthcare. It's as if they hate America. I am also amazed at how many of the America hating people put 'patriot' in their handles. They are anything but patriotic.
