We’re taking some of our professional cookery students out for a spot of Lunch in Glasgow today. We went via Hampden Park, just want to say a massive thank you to Head Chef Dave Jamieson for looking after our students so well, and for executive Head Chef Colin Dempsey for making this happen

It’s always nice to return to the Scottish Parliament with our Professional Cookery students. Our students get so much out of these Hospitality Collaborations, Stuart Rose (Executive Head Chef) and his team always make us feel welcome.
