#StormGoretti: we saw a maximum wave height of 12 metres at our E1 data buoy! With winds consistent at around 35–40 mph, and gusts exceeding 60 mph.

A bit of Christmas cheer was had at the lab yesterday, drawing a reindeer with GPS in the PML Christmas Fun Run!
One year ago today, a routine maintenance trip became a lifesaving mission! After hearing a Mayday call for a missing diver, the PML Explorer crew sprang into action - locating the diver and supporting a safe transfer to the heroes at Plymouth RNLI 👏

Ross said: "From the start of winter I've been waiting to get my decorations up, Christmas jumpers out and get in the festive spirit of the season. This year I put up a Christmas tree in the workshop, decorated with the tools we use to maintain our scientific equipment..." (2/4)
