Judge Merchan: "Binding precedent does not provide that an individual, upon becoming President, can retroactively dismiss or vacate prior criminal acts nor does it grant blanket Presidential-elect immunity. This Court is therefore forbidden from recognizing either form of immunity."

I just had a satisfying exchange over on FB. I commented on something and used 'partner for my SO: Him: 'partner what are you a cowboy?' Me: oh look a supposedly humorous attempt to get a rise' Him: 'eat sh!t granny' Me: oh I'm sorry, I was too slow, you got there first.' I then blocked him.
