I like the discussion on constraints that apply to the team size in Teams Topologies book. This is handy stuff.

I am reading Team Topologies now. Tye beginning is Conway Law All The way, sort of unrewarding still.

The true takeoff of anything LLM based will be when the whole dev cycle (training/finetuning/inference) will become possible on a dev laptop and with good enough quality. Until then great many ideas won’t take off due to the cost of iteration.
