Workshop and community circlesing sold out for today… so excited to be sharing this way of making music with others — and also a little concerned because I’m still recovering from this flu that just nailed me… how to do this without spilling all my energy?

Woke this morning still glowing from last night’s flow singing gathering. People singing together, vulnerable, powerful, tender, fierce. Laughing, crying. I am hugely grateful for such deeply good times.
