Just finished “10% Happier” by Dan Harris. Amazingly well written and understandable book if you are interested in mindfulness, enlightenment and meditation. I loved the books of Eckhart Tolle, but they are much more difficult to dive in. Dan’s approach is much more attractive and story like.
