Yes of course, but that isn’t the point. Even if they had cleaned it the lights are way too bright. You’re right it does need to be cleaned though.

The way lights are now it wouldn’t matter how clean the windshield is, they’re too bright.

This is a lazy take. The teams are about the same as they were before leaving and the college football landscape is changing regardless. When the revenue sharing become equal for a few years then you can compare. It’s way too early to say things like this.
