This is way more than a talking point. This is not “normal.” Dismantling a federal agency that provides essential services is not a difference in political opinion. Please take action on this, this is way more than a PR task.

And you really want your teachers. Remember how fast schools reopened in Covid shutdowns? We know the general public doesn’t really want to do that all day. PSLF ensures someone wants to go 4-5 years of college for 100k to make half that and to actually teach your kids. #PSLF

Agree that it is radicalizing and a consequence of this heavily bureaucratic policy that now who in their right mind would be a public servant when it’s not offset by loan forgiveness? Here take a career that’s 50% less and have no financial benefit for your whole career - who’s signing up?

Millions more have been waiting with no communication from dept of Ed for months. There is no end in sight and no one will give any actual update. #PSLF has been left to the winds, Congress and the Biden Administration are leaving us out to dry.

Time to reach out to reps to push for #PSLF it was in our loan agreement when we signed up to start.

Can we fix the #PSLF backlog so workers can at least get the student loan forgiveness that was promised for a decade of work?
