It’s also good and important that he was transparent about what he was doing throughout the whole process, and still graded the assignments himself, in addition to experimenting with LLMs’ assessments.

After reading the piece this seems like a thoughtful approach by the professor to adapt to changing times.

I agree there are ways profs can use (and are using) AI in a lazy and deleterious fashion, but this doesn’t seem like that.
