I’m really quite glad I don’t get asked anymore, or have these comments thrown at me.

On the rare occasion someone does say something now I say “can’t, had that ability taken away in 2020” and leave it at that.

Panel 2- The same child, now a teenager, is being told, "You'll change your mind when you're older." To which the teen responds, "I doubt that"

Panel 3- Now an adult, someone off screen asks them, "Aren't you thinking of having kids?" To which they respond, "Nope"

Panel 4- The same person, an older adult now, is being told, "better have kids soon, or it'll be too late!" to which they respond, "That's fine"

Panel 5- Now elderly, they are once again asked "Don't you feel like you missed out?" to which they say, "Still nope."

Panel 6- They are now in their death bed, clearly close to death. The nurse says, "Shame you didn't have kids, don't you regret it?" To which the person says "You know what just kill me already"

Also, they all kind of equally suck. I came here hoping that wouldn’t be the case but it is.

Maybe it’s pragmatism speaking but I can only assume that every other social media platform is just going to be the same. Go hoping it’s better, get there, find out it ALSO sucks.

I am feeling incredibly similar. I’m tired of hopping platforms, especially if, to make it usable, you have to have another whole app.

I feel this more than I care to admit. Between long covid and the surgery I just don’t have much energy to get things done and am sleeping far more than I’d like 🫠

I find it unfathomable that @mark-carney.bsky.social , who was elected as a foil to Pollievre’s racist, and disgusting policies, is OK with the murder and starvation of children and innocent people, is OK with war crimes being committed and supporting the country committing the war crimes.

This petition calls on our government to investigate these issues and more and to hold this CROWN CORPORATION (which is supposed to be owned by Canadians, not grubby handed executives and shareholders) responsible for its own mismanagement causing undue stress on a system necessary in our society.

From reporting losses while still paying shareholders and executives bonuses to its CEO sitting on the board for Purolator (which for some fucked up reason Canada Post owns 91% of) and even refusing to bargain in good faith with CUPW, the current executive management of Canada Post is a joke.
