This is false. Make an fresh, brand new empty server and find a random person from any server you're in. Copy their user ID and use the /ban command on that ID in your empty server. Despite having nobody in the server but yourself, it will succeed.

You can ban any user ID from a server you have the privileges to do so an infinite number of times in a row. This is not proof that it is being removed or even proof that it's present in your server to begin with. It's a stock standard discord bot.

As much as I dislike AI, it's a patently ridiculous claim to say that there are users/bots hiding in every server that you can't avoid unless you ban their ID. Every other week there's a new claim that discord has some exploit or hack and now secret bots and it's all so tiring. Do you have proof?
