The courage to speak up is admirable. Why, oh why, is it still so hard? If someone steals your car, everyone is against the thief. If someone sexually assaults you, many people side with the abuser. WHY?!?!
I'm on a case where 4 women, are suing a boss for sexual harassment and wrongful termination.
He tried to kiss / grope them at work. When they rejected him, he pulled them off the schedule.
Thank GOD they TALKED to eachother about what was happening.

Why does it always take the enormous and sustained courage of victims to bring these things onto the agenda?
