Are you a winter person? Winter months here in Iceland can be difficult. Three weeks left until solstice and sun already is rising at 11:00 and setting at 15:45.
But the low angle of the sun produces some breathtaking cotton candy skies. Makes the darkness bearable (that, and lady aurora).

Hope around the globe. I lit one of these candles back in October 2016 for my friend back home—a trouble soul. Last month he took his own life. For me there is hope in his death—hope to LIVE and spread joy wherever I am. I ask each of you to do the same. Let’s light this world on fire with LOVE.
