that's true, some work environments are not driven by deadlines, but because I've worked in dynamic work situations where the need to respond had/has to be immediate involving quick thinking (sometimes no thinking even!), it took me a while too to understand the complete opposite world of work(ing)

I used to be like this too! yes, 'used to' until because of people that didn't respect a task ought to be done in the dedicated time frame, somehow something just snapped like a twig in me and I realise I've now become a procrastinator, but mostly for (own) personal tasks -
