I was reading the Kickstarter comments and it seems a little finicky - I'd love to get a device with a physical keyboard that only let's me message friends and check calendar/email to reduce distractions.

In that case, I have to at least wiggle the controller to keep the Xbox from going to sleep which is ironic because I'm asleep since I'm not playing the game.

Turn based guy is easy mode if you need to clear a boss. My son hates it when I pick him because it means my turn is twice as long as normal. What I don't get is the hero who plays the game for you.

Nine Inch Nails made an outstanding album for a massive disappointment. I would watch Legacy again, I won't be watching Ares again. Both albums will be played regularly.

I don't love the trope that executives at tech companies are the most technically skilled (you have the corner office because you're good at kissing ass, not writing code)

Beyond that, it spent too much time in the real world, when we were on the grid it felt smaller and emptier than Legacy. No digital society, not even many digital soldiers. Drones? What is the concept of a drone in a society where programs are people?

Was it about how Elon is a chode? Yes.

Ares dances around a few ideas without committing to any of them. Was it a movie about AI being sentient and we treat it as a slave? Was it about using AI for weapons vs societal benefit? Was it about the risk of AGI killing us because it was told to efficiently make paperclips?
