I think it might be an average age demographic thing. Definitely seems like there are a lot more children faking their age on YouTube than twitch. But that's just my impression... (And I'm glad it's not just me thinking yt chat brings bad vibes more often.)

Hmm... The miso cheese ramen I had in Sapporo was delightful. I wonder if there's a cheese that would better fit than American, but it does sound pretty good... Actually, American probably works better with most instant. Gouda or something similar for a miso. I dunno.
