Now to Ballonlea, using the tiles from tileset 14, it helps sell the otherworldly view of the town, as there is not much of a lighting engine on the GBC, so I can not sell the glowing of the mushrooms or the atmosphere, so the light opposed to the tangles' darkness works

Back to the main map, here we have a dungeon that I'm decently proud of, obviously custom textures would explode the quality, but for the limitations, it does match the general layout of Glimwood Tangle, if only with small paths to make it feel more connected and maze-like.

Now onto Stow-on-Side, the more western town, don't worry, the mural is inside the cave to the north, I tried to capture the rustic feel of the city, though sadly I could not keep the nooks and crannies of the original due to how bloated the town may get.

Now to route 6, the route that almost killed me. seriously look at the raw map of this route and try to make it doable within GBC, either way, I tried. It even includes the fossile lady, Cara Liss where normally the route camp would be. Offering a small respite in this route

On to Hammerlocke. I think this is one of the worst cities I have done for this due to its complex nature and the limitations put upon the GBC. The Mural room is being moved to the side building to make more room and not have to fill the memory with so many niche graphics.

Now, onto the second Galar Mine. A more usual straight shot than the first, I fell in love with map-making, the waterfall, Chi-Yu's statue, and the minecarts. It all comes together well for me, no matter where you start. So many fun nooks to put stuff!

Now to Hulbury, the city on the sea, one of the more interconnected cities with branches north, west, east, and towards the cave. I Could have done better with highlinging the elevated infestructor, but what took president was to show the port-like stucture of the city.

Now we get to the upper Wild Area, though a Stonjourner blocks it off for now, similar to Sudowoodo outside of Goldenrod in the mainline games. Here I tried my best to make a facsimile for the bridge that generally overlooks this section, which connects Route 5 to Hulbury.

Now we go out of Turffield into route 5, arguably one of my favorite routes here because it opens up more with HMs, from the small lake to the river. Here is also where you will find the Nursery as you do in-game, followed by a long strip of land to easily hatch eggs.

Sorry for delays, been working on other personal projects, but now we are in Turffield, home to Milo, it's a small town with a great reflection of the farming roots thanks to those custom tiles. The Geoglyph would be in a cutacene, and were shown in a previous announcement.

Now out of the cave, we enter a small farmland for the Wooloo and well, farm, I imagine a small side thing of "rolling" the Wooloo out of their pens to make the other Wooloo blocking the entrance to the town leave The haybales here are custom made textures, taken from nowhere

Its time for the first proper cave. I used the unused minecart tracks from the GSC files since this was a mining area, plus pixel Coaloasses & a Ting-Lu Statue in the corner if you overlay both maps, the ladders all line up, which was a challenge in tile placement. Its good!

On to Route 3, a modest problem to overcome, but I do enjoy the simplicity that it provided; that hut is where I imagine something along the lines of the Name-Rater or Move Remover would be along with a nurse, to act as a substitute for the areas camping zone in the main game.
