For the record, as a proud Canadian, it is NOT the American people I have an issue with, it is Trump, Musk, and Vance… and the sycophant Republican Party. So, the posts are as a proud, deeply offended Canadian. Not meant as a hate for the Amican public… just their current leadership.

Let’s assume Trump puts an import tax on everything, fine, that’s all paid by American consumers. However, if he carves our Alberta oil, because they need that, at only 10%, then Canada should immediately slap a 15% export tax on said oil (paid by the importer).

My Golf Sportwagon is the perfect car, but if anything ever happens to it (Toronto traffic), I have no idea what I could replace it with. Otherwise, I’ll just have to keep it forever.
Why is there not a good car to buy for a reasonable price if you hate SUVs? Specifically, a good station wagon…the wagons that are available are either pretending to SUVs, or are upwards of $80k CDN.
