I was hoping for a source for ICE committing rape, as well as which govt issued travel advisories

I remember hearing about 2 women from I think NZ being strip searched and detained under poor conditions, and I remember hearing about men chained to the ground in the sun for hours

This latter decision is based on the fact that MMR and VAR given as separate injections at the same time

This involves 2 changes, one is moving covid vaccine to shared clinical decision making (instead of actively recommended) for all ages and preexisting conditions

A tetanus vaccine mandate can only be justified by danger to others because of the fact that diphtheria and pertussis vaccines always contain tetanus vaccine

HepB is far more contagious than most STDs (eg HPV).

If the justification for a mandate is that being unvaccinated forces a risk on others, that justification does not apply to a disease that only spreads sexually, but does apply to a disease that kids can spread to eachother

HepB is not comparable as it is remains contagious for a week in microscopic amounts of dried blood, so it can spread just by 2 people cutting themselves on the same object

Whether sex occurs in school, or whether school mandates are intended to have broader community effects, is not really the point. My point is that a mandate based on the fact that being unvaccinated is forcing a risk on those around you cannot apply to a disease that only transmits to those who

I could see an argument for an HPV vaccine mandate based on 3, but I generally don't see 3 applied to routine vaccination, and a school mandate would be a poor enforcement mechanism in this case

I was not disputing 2, and, 3 is not really the reasoning I see being used for school mandates, homeschoolers are often allowed not to vaccinate

I was mainly saying that 1 is typically justified by the fact that being unvaccinated is forcing a risk on classmates, and this argument

That is not quite what I was trying to say, as I see it there are 3 issues at play here

1: The power of govt to override personal medical decision making in general

2: The power of parents to make decisions for minors

3: The power of govt to override bad parental decisions on behalf of minors

My point was that sex isn't something like coughing that you subject your classmates to against their will

Someone has to agree to sex, and they should know that it entails a risk of disease transmission

The issue is not the actual criminals, but treating non criminals as criminals and treating inmates inhumanely
