As much as I’d love the idea of cheaper groceries, I also like the idea that 1000’s of people are employed by the supermarkets, and I’m not sure the ideal is socialism or communism

It was thatcher here and Regan in the U.S. Then pay for dentist treatment, prescription, eye tests. Services that were NHS are now cosmetic, only available privately. Not to mention selling off social housing stock and not replacing it, leading to greedy landlords leading to soaring house prices
