It’s a $5 Billion dollar agency (annual budget). How much do you think you would have to pay someone qualified to handle that? If it were a bank, she would get 20X at least.

Please, Nonprofit executives are paid according to the size of the budget they manage, and are paid far less that execs of for profit concerns. However, they do have bills to pay, and the NPOs need to attract talent. So let’s not criticize those doing great work.
