I’m celebrating the national day of Cornwall today - Gool Peran Lowen!
It’s a special one for me as it’ll be the first where I’m more Cornish than not, marking 22 years of living in Cornwall.

Yesterday I experienced ABBA Voyage for my Mamma Mia’s 70th birthday celebrations.
The creativity of this show is something to behold (as were our costumes 😆) and the animations in between holograms, a panorama of lights and live music was such a joy. Check it out @shynola.bsky.social 😍

For me, January is not about dieting and reducing my alcohol intake (if anything it’s the opposite 😆). It’s about trying to curb my purchases of holidays, festivals and other summer fun whilst being skint. I hope everyone else is surviving the blue month too, whatever your chosen coping strategy ☺️
