When you know so little about a thing you fear, you try to gate keep others who will NEED to understand it or be left behind. You’re not doing them favors. You’re actively harming them. Perhaps try to understand before declaring evil that which is itself merely a tool.

“At his own expense”? He’s not being generous. He tore the east wing down, violating multiple federal and regional laws. If he was poor, you’d call it restitution. We have to confront the media narrative of billionaire oligarchs being “charitable.”

Oh, FFS 🙄. You have no idea what you’re talking about. Thiel’s Hedge Fund sold an overvalued stock, and he’s over extended on Palantir, his own company, which is ALSO and AI company. His Hedge Fund still owns plenty of Open AI, and he’s using the cash to build out data centers for Palantir.

There will be more many more jobs created by AI than will be lost, but many current jobs will evolve or be lost, which will be unfortunate pain, but we can demand the Tech companies and their billionaire owners driving these changes fund a nationwide unemployment, education, and retraining program

$12B lost when nearly $400B was invested. That’s a 3% loss during the build out of what is essentially the second great Industrial Revolution. A pittance. For the value of what AI will create, $400 billion, or $4 Trillion even, is a fraction of it. There is no bubble.

And that’s BEFORE the high deductible and co-pays and prescription expenses. This will be the wholesale collapse of the American health care system and the Republicans will own that.

What a trash piece of journalism. Overly critical of Hogg, posting specific details of criticism of him and ignoring the incredible corruption, dysfunction, and failure of leadership that is the current DNC.

If your complaint is that you can’t be an effectual leader of the DNC with Hogg in the room, then YOU’RE NOT A LEADER. Step down for the good of the party and the good of the people. The DNC needs more Hogg’s and fewer Pelosi’s.
