Cornmeal and flour batter with shredded cheese mixed in. Filled with taco beef. Topped with diced tomatoes, onions, guacamole, and low-fat sour cream. With a side of peach habanero salsa. Delicious

Chicken, onion, sundried tomatoes, fresh spinach, orzo, fresh grated parmesan cheese, heavy cream, chicken stock, and seasoning. All cooked in one pan.

Chicken that I let marinade for 3 days in soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, and pineapple juice. Then slowly simmered until the sauce reduced to a glaze. Served with potato pancakes and sauteed onions and zucchini.

Steamed brown rice, cast iron skillet seared veggies, and marinaded chicken thighs also cooked in a cast iron skillet. Topped with sesame seeds and green onion.

North African chicken and rice. I made mine in a skillet instead of a slow cooker because I forgot it went into a slow cooker.
