✨ CREATION TIME & POSTING
CREATION TIME Once your prompt is confirmed, you’re free to create. There will be two check-ins, they will be there just to see how things are going. Life happens, so if you need an extension deadline or to drop out, please contact the mod. POSTING Art needs to be posted on the artists’ twitter in a retweetable format and only in the Posting Week. Fics can be posted on the fest collection on AO3 at any time before the posting week, they will stay hidden until reveals.

✨ CLAIMING
CLAIMING Claiming will be done via Google Form, working as a sign-up as well. The claiming will work on a first come, first serve basis. You can claim up to three prompts in case your first choice is already taken. Only the first option is mandatory in the form, the other two serve as a backup. Pay attention to the format asked on the prompt: A prompt tagged as Art means only artists can claim it A prompt tagged as Fic means only writers can claim it A prompt tagged as Both means both creators can claim it. With that in mind, only one artist and only one writer can claim the same prompt. Participants are welcome to claim more than one prompt after their first claim is finished.

✨ PROMPTING
PROMPTING There will be a Google Form to send a prompt and all prompts will be available in a Google Sheets. You don’t have to sign-up to send a prompt. Self-prompt is allowed, but will be done by the claiming form. PROMPTING All prompts must focus on a polycule relationship — be it established, starting, expanding, etc. All prompts must follow the Allowed and Not Allowed fest rules. Please be clear about triggers and what you Do Want/Do Not Want Please be clear about the format you want to see your prompt in case it gets chosen — fic, art or both

GENERAL RULES For promptings, the only formats will be fanfics and fanarts. You can submit works with OT3, OT4, OT5, OT6, OT7 and/or OT8. The minimum word count for fanfics is 1.000 (1k) words and the minimum for fanarts is 1 art. Crossovers are allowed, but at least one member of ATEEZ must be part of the polycule and be focused on them. GENERAL RULES This round will be open for both SFW and NSFW works and all ratings. Therefore, minors are not allowed to join. WIPs/Chaptered fics are allowed, but the first chapter must be finished and have the minimum word count by the posting. Please tag everything appropriately

This fest is focused on polycules with the members of ATEEZ. Polycules are relationships with more than two individuals that can be romantic, platonic or queerplatonic. Some arrangements can be, but not limited to: All characters are together in a romantic/sexual relationship with each other All characters are in a romantic relationship but only some pairings have a sexual relationship All characters are in a sexual relationship but only some pairings have a romantic relationship All characters are in a queerplatonic relationship Some pairings are platonic but all are together in a relationship
